One-mile fun run and Tot Dash start at 8:00 AM and the 5K starts at 8:30 AM. The event will feature kid's activities and a complimentary post-race Pancake Breakfast. That's just a couple reasons to participate.
The run starts and finishes at Ebenezer United Methodist Church (161 Embrey Mill Rd. Stafford, VA).
Strollers and walkers are always welcome and dogs can participate too!
With all of this going on we need a team of volunteers to help with the kids fun for the day. Come help plan and coordinate fun activities for families.
