One-mile fun run and Tot Dash start at 8:00 AM and the 5K starts at 8:30 AM. The event will feature kid's activities and a complimentary post-race Pancake Breakfast. That's just a couple reasons to participate.
The run starts and finishes at Ebenezer United Methodist Church (161 Embrey Mill Rd. Stafford, VA).
Strollers and walkers are always welcome and dogs can participate too!
With all of this going on we need a team of volunteers to help with the logistics of the day. One way you can help is in the Gym on Sundays. You get to meet and greet potential runners, sponsors and volunteers like you! Talk about the race, what a great time we'll have and sign 'em up!
Time commitment: As many Sundays, 1-4 hours, as you are available from now until October. We will have several shirts between services on Sundays to choose from and we'd love a volunteer for The 6.
