Wellness Workshop: The Adolescent Mind

Adolescence is a trying time in the life of the children and parents who are at this stage of life. During this conversation we will be discussing some of the changes that are taking place in the lives of our children with a focus on the mind. We will also be discussing different techniques that can equip parents to help guide their children during this exciting period of growth.
