One-mile fun run and Tot Dash start at 8:00 AM and the 5K starts at 8:30 AM. The event will feature kid's activities and a complimentary post-race Pancake Breakfast. That's just a couple reasons to participate.
The run starts and finishes at Ebenezer United Methodist Church (161 Embrey Mill Rd. Stafford, VA).
Strollers and walkers are always welcome and dogs can participate too!
With all of this going on we need a team of volunteers to help with the logistics of the day. One way you can help is to guide runners along the race course on race day. You will help with setting the course with cones, water stations, course markings, mile markers, start and finish corrals. We will also need parking lot volunteers and traffic direction people!
Time commitment: Race day stating at 6:00 AM. We should be done by 11:00 AM depending on your task.
