Get Ready for a great overnight retreat to grow in God! During the day we will take part in a variety of team building activities and FUN including a small low ropes course and a 300 foot long zip line! In the evening and morning, we will dig into what God it means for us to Rise Up and come alive for Christ!! We will be staying in cabins on site with bathhouse. Think “camping with a building.” *things can be modified for physical needs.
Theme: Rise Up. How did we become a world that was so self-absorbed? What happened to make us a world where people didn’t care anymore? How did we become Zombies? It's time for us to Rise Up and spur one another on to live for Him and love others in word and deed!
When: October 19-20
- Meet at the church on Saturday, October 19 at 8:00 AM Bring a bag lunch for
Saturday.
- We will return to the church at approximately 12:30 PM on Sunday, October 20
Where: Adventure Links in Clifton, VA
Cost: Cost for the trip is $45 if you register by September 22. Price goes up to $55.00 between September 22 and October 6. The cost includes lodging, food (dinner and breakfast) and transportation.
