One-mile fun run and Tot Dash start at 8:00 AM and the 5K starts at 8:30 AM. The event will feature kid's activities.
The run starts and finishes at Ebenezer United Methodist Church (161 Embrey Mill Rd. Stafford, VA).
Strollers and walkers are always welcome and dogs can participate too!
With all of this going on we need a team of volunteers to help with the logistics of the day. One way you can help is to help distribute water to 350+ runners as they hit the turn around.
