One-mile fun run and Tot Dash start at 8:00 AM and the 5K starts at 8:30 AM.
The run starts and finishes at Ebenezer United Methodist Church (161 Embrey Mill Rd. Stafford, VA).
Strollers and walkers are always welcome and dogs can participate too!
With all of this going on we need a team of volunteers to help with packet pick up on Friday evening, October 1 & 8 from 4:00PM - 7:00PM and early Saturday morning, from 7:30AM - 8:30 AM, race day, as we distribute race numbers and T-shirts at Ebenezer.
Time Commitment: Friday, 4:00-8:00 PM and Saturday, 6:30 AM.
